i2CAT is proud to announce that it will be hosting the 2020 edition of the ACM International Conference on Interactive Media Experiences (ACM TVX) from 17 to 20 June, 2020, in Barcelona. i2CAT researchers Sergi Fernández and Mario Montagud, along with CWI researcher Pablo Cesar, will serve as general chairs of the conference organizing committee. The announcement has just been made at ACM TVX 2019, which is currently being held in Manchester until Friday, 7 June.
The international conference for presentation and discussion of research into online video and TV interaction and user experience (UX) will bring together international researchers and practitioners from a wide range of disciplines, ranging from human-computer interaction, multimedia engineering and design to media studies, media psychology and sociology. Organized since 2014, ACM TVX has been held in cities such as Newcastle, Brussels, Chicago, Hilversum and Seoul.
