In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the protection of personal data (LOPD), the data provided by user will be part of automated files, it will be included in the database of i2CAT organization and it will be processed exlusively for sending information relating to the activities of the group. The only data collected by this forms will only contain the fields necessary to provide the service or the information required by the user.

Personal data will be treated with the appropiate levels of protection, according to Royal Decree 994/1999 of June 11, and take the necessary precautions to prevent alteration, loss, treatment, misuse or unauthorized access by third parts who may use it for other purposes than those for wich the user has requested.

As only responsible for the files, i2CAT is committed to fulfilling his secret about personal data an their right to keep it save, and take the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access, having in mind at all times the state ot technology.
