Definition

The Administration Department consists of Sonia Beltrán, who is responsible for the internal administrative and management assistant activities, and Rocio Segura, which is responsible for the Foundation financial management.

Furthermore,  the Administration Department takes on the tasks of planning, organizing and controlling the human, financial and material resources, as well as general services that the management team needs to develop its functions.

Activity

From the Administration Department are coordinated the following activities:

  • Economic and financial management
  • Human Resources management
  • Purchasing and supplier management
  • Document Management
  • Communication and Dissemination
  • Support for general services
